Greg first wanted to play guitar at age 11 when he saw the Def Leppard music video “Let It Go” on MTV, but didnt start playing until the age of 13 when his family moved to the Florida Keys where he bought his first electric guitar, a C-Series 7 saving up the money that he earned while working with his dad.
Greg’s influences stemmed from the 80’s genre of guitar driven rock music like Def Leppard, Dio and Ozzy. He gets his country roots from his mother who was always listening to country artists like Dolly Parton, Johnny Cash and Kenny Rogers.
Greg’s first public performances where playing guitar while he was in the high school Jazz band. Since then he has performed in various bands from CT to FL playing hard rock, southern and classic rock, jazz, and now country music.
Greg plays Eastman acoustic guitars, G&L and Fender electric guitars and Rivera amplification.
